The Energization Exercises, as taught in the Ananda Course in Self-Realization, are a wonderful system of exercises originated by Paramhansa Yogananda. They are, undoubtedly, his unique contribution to the science of yoga. Based on ancient teachings and eternal realities, Yogananda explains that the whole physical universe, including man, is surrounded by, and made of cosmic energy. We can, through the act of our will, release tension that blocks the energy flow to our body and mind, and draw on this infinite storehouse of life-force all around us. Through daily use of these exercises we can systematically recharge our bodies with greater energy and train our minds to understand the true source of that power.

On this video you will find the exercises explained and a demonstration guided by Kriyananda. An invaluable tool showing the proper execution of these exercises.

Energization Exercises Poster A beautiful 22x17-inch poster with a glossy finish with figures displaying each of the 39 exercises (see small section of poster on right). This is an excellent way to keep yourself doing them in the right order in which they are done and a quick reference on the correct way to do each one.

Energization Exercises Cassette Tape or CD On this cassette tape, or CD, you are guided through the exercises as if in a live classroom setting. This enables you to focus on the key elements of where your concentration should be, having a qualified instructor leading you along through the entire system. Also, this affords you flexibility when a video monitor is not available for the use of the Energization Exercises Video.

Energization Exercises Booklet The book takes you through the entire system with a figure drawing and brief explanation of how each exercise is done. This book includes an excerpt from a talk given by Swami Kriyananda introducing the exercises and 11 key points on how they should be done. Great for travel.
